FAQ General Information
What is Mobicred and how does it work?
“Mobicred is a simple & convenient credit facility that allows you to safely shop online.”
- Step 1: You apply on www.mobicred.co.za
- Step 2: If approved, you are granted a credit limit, much like a credit card.
- Step 3: When you want to spend, you simply select Mobicred from the Payfast payment options in the checkout, and type in your username and password.
- Step 4: If the purchase is approved, you are sent a One Time Pin to your mobile, which you type in to finalise the transaction.
What is Payflex and how does it work?
 Payflex lets you get what you need now, but pay for it over four interest-free installments.
You pay 25% upfront, then three payments of 25% over the following six weeks.
- Step 1: Add product to cart and checkout
- Step 2: Select Payflex from options at checkout.
- Step 3: Payflex will ask you to submit your details and will confirm if you have been approved within one minute.Â
- Step 4: If the purchase is approved, you will pay the first 25% installment now and the remaining three payments every two weeks over the following six weeks.Â
How do I place a product order online?
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order has been dispatched, our warehouse will be in touch to arrange your delivery date. Please allow our warehouse team a minimum of 2 business days to be in touch.
Do you have a physical store?
Yes, please visit us at Unit 12 Waterford Office park in Fourways.Â
How long will my order take to be delivered?
Express Fitness will deliver your gym equipment between 3-7 days via our dedicated courier company.
Does Express Fitness offer finance options for fitness equipment?

Each manufacturer has their own specific warranty, contact us for the specific warranty for the product you are interested in.

How does delivery work?
After you purchase product/s on the website, our admin team finalises your paperwork and notifies one of our Courier partners that it is ready for collection. We will be in touch as soon as your goods are despatched.Â
How long does delivery take?
Delivery can take anywhere between 3-7 business days depending on your location in South Africa.-
How much will it cost?
Express Fitness offers FREE delivery on all orders.
Does Express Fitness ship internationally?
