About Our CEO – John Frayne, Building Gyms with Purpose

With 20+ years’ expertise, John Frayne leads Express Fitness Urban, a South African gym design and equipment specialist known for durable, low-lifetime-cost solutions. John partners with architects, developers and operators to turn floor plans into high-performing gyms—combining layout, product specification, 3D visualisation, installation and ongoing service.
